Terms and Conditions
Who can join:
Membership is open to all individuals who are residents of India and are aged 18 years or above. Participation in this Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your membership is personal to you and must only be used by you.
How to join:
To become a member of the Program, please:
(a) Provide your name, valid email address, date of birth (if you wish to receive the birthday reward) and mobile number, either in store or at forevernew.co.in; and
(b) Confirm your agreement to receive marketing communications, news and other information relating to Forever New.
The Program is for your own personal use only; it is not transferable and must not be used for commercial purposes. There is no cost to join the Program.
What are the rewards?
Members will receive the following benefits:(a) Spend and unlock milestones: Make every purchase even more rewarding by unlocking milestones and earning every step of the way.
(b) Receive celebratory vouchers: You will receive birthday and anniversary gift vouchers worth INR 1,000 each, every year. Birthday & Anniversary vouchers are valid for one month from the date of issuance.
(c) Gain first access to Forever New sales, new collections, news and events issued in Forever New’s discretion.
(d) Invitation to in-store events from time to time issued in Forever New’s discretion.
- Milestone vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance
- Birthday Voucher (Gift Voucher of INR 1000) - This is issued 15 days before your birthday and is valid for 1 month. It can be redeemed on a minimum purchase of INR 3000 on Fresh Merchandise.
- Anniversary Voucher (Gift Voucher of INR 1000) - This is issued on the 1st day of your anniversary month and is valid for 1 month. It can be redeemed on a minimum purchase of INR 3000 on Fresh Merchandise.
- Welcome voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance
Rewards and Offers Terms and Conditions
(a) Unique Identification: Member’s mobile phone number would be his / her unique identification number for the membership. Complete name (first name and last name) and mobile number are mandatory for registration to the FN Allure loyalty program.
(b) Rewards on Milestones achieved: Rewarding is based on the lifetime transaction value in a defined period and milestone vouchers will be given according to the slab attained by the customer.
(c) Rewards Slab Cycle: The tier cycle of the member will reset automatically once the member reaches Milestone 7. Post tier reset, the member will start availing benefits from tier 1 again as and when eligible.
(d) Once the customer touches any milestone, she will get an instant voucher via SMS.
(e) Vouchers can only be redeemed at Forever New stores and the official website - www.forevernew.co.in.
(f) In the event of cancellation of the program for any reason, all the vouchers accumulated will stand forfeited.
(g) Member can only use one voucher in a single invoice (e.g.: Milestone + Birthday or any other coupon given to you cannot be clubbed together)
- Milestone vouchers are applicable on full price and markdown styles as well.
- Birthday, Anniversary, Welcome voucher are applicable on full price styles only.
(h) Vouchers of different members cannot be clubbed.
(i) No transfer: Membership accounts or Rewards or Offers cannot be assigned, transferred or combined with other accounts.
(j) You can check for your valid vouchers at the store or by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also contact us on our customer service number +1-800-203-3006 Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Need to return an item you purchased? We're here to help, every step of the way.
a) Incase of online purchases, post 21 days of the purchase, we will refund the amount in the form of Forever New Credits, which gets credited to your Forever New online account once the online return request has been processed.
b) Incase of in-store purchases, post 15 days of the purchase, we will refund the amount in the form of a credit note, which gets debited from your lifetime transaction value once the online return request has been processed.
Please Note: Vouchers once used cannot be reversed or marked as unused.
(a) Your data is safe with us: Forever New assures complete privacy of your personal data and your mobile number. It will not be shared with anyone without permission. Membership constitutes permission to use the customer’s name and comments for promotional purposes in any media without any compensation whatsoever.
(b) Communication of offers: Forever New is authorised to reach out to members through SMS, WhatsApp and E-mail for program related information and offers.
Suspension or termination of membership
Forever New reserves the right to discontinue membership to any member who appears to be using the program in a manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions, or intent of the program, or any portion of the program. Forever New also reserves the right to discontinue membership for any member who acts in a manner inconsistent with the local or state laws, statutes or ordinances. Discontinued membership may result in the loss of all milestone vouchers and the cancellation of all program benefits and privileges.
General Terms and Conditions
(a) The loyalty program is applicable both; in-stores and online.
(b) Members cannot maintain membership in, or earn rewards on multiple accounts.
(c) All communications will be sent on the registered mobile number shared at the time of member enrolment. It is the responsibility of the member to inform the Forever New Team about any change in her profile details.
(d) All communication will be deemed to have been received by the member and Forever New holds no responsibility for communication not received or lost in the SMS.
(e) All vouchers accumulated will be credited to the member’s account at the time of billing unless the system is down, in which case updating will be done when the system is available in working condition.
(f) Forever New shall not be liable for vouchers that were accumulated inaccurately because of technical malfunction, operator fault, member misconduct or any reason beyond the control of company.
(g) Membership constitutes permission to use the customer’s name and comments for promotional purposes in any media without any compensation whatsoever.
(h) The vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of vouchers.
(i) Purchases in the name of firms or any third parties will not be entitled for membership.
(j) Forever New reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, conditions, privileges, benefits, reward or reward levels pertaining to the program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of vouchers already accumulated.
(k) Forever New does not make any representation or warranty as to quality or suitability of the gifts/rewards in any manner.
(l) Specific program benefits and privileges have been established for all members of Forever New. However, benefits and privileges offered by participating in the program may vary.
Limitation of Liability
- Forever New is not responsible, and assumes no liability, for changes or discontinuance of services provided by a service partner, that may affect the program.
- The program and any benefit, or rewards relating to the program, shall not be construed as, or constitute a contract, or otherwise establish a contractual relationship between Forever New and any member.
