Please keep in mind the following conditions before returning a product:

  • You need to raise a return request within 15 days from the date of receiving the product(s).
  • Ensure that the product(s) are in original saleable condition, i.e. unworn/unused, with all tags intact.
  • Please note that we are unable to return any orders without the original Forever New invoice of the product(s).
  • For guest user, in case of any return(s), provided all conditions are met, a signup is necessary.
  • Items purchased online cannot be returned in our physical/offline stores, and vice versa.


You can easily return product(s) by following these steps:

  • After logging into your profile with your ID and password, go to “My Account”>”My Orders”.
  • You will find a “Return” tab against every order, click on it to raise a return request.
  • An RMA (Return number) will be generated for your reference.
  • Re-pack the product in the original packaging, with the original invoice.
  • We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order. The courier executive shall help seal the packaging and pick up the order from the shipping address within 2-3 working days.
  • After processing the return, the refund amount shall be credited to your Forever New account in the form of store credits.

Please note that we can deny the refund for the product(s) if not found in the original condition with all labels intact, or found to be used/damaged/soiled/washed/altered or worn (other than to try the item on).


If you need product(s) in a different colour or size, initiate the return(s) and place a new order on


  • When you return a product, we issue the refund amount in the form of store credits, which gets credited to your Forever New online account. 
  • When you return a product, Shipping and COD (Cash On Delivery) charges will not be refunded.
  • If you wish to return an order which was received as incorrect/defective/damaged, we will refund the full amount to you through a bank transfer. In a case where the order you placed was found to be out of stock at our end, we will refund the full amount to you through a bank transfer.


  • When you return a product, we issue the refund amount in the form of store credits. The amount gets credited to your Forever New online account, which you can use to shop at
  • We recommend that the Store Credits be used within 180 days (6 months) from the date of issue.
  • If you want to use the Store Credits to shop on our physical/offline stores, just purchase Gift Cards online from your Store Credits and use it to shop at any Forever New store. Gift cards will be issued according to the availability of denominations.


The following items are not eligible for returns, except in the case the product(s) was received as damaged/defective/incorrect.

  • Swimwear
  • Jewellery
  • Lingerie & underclothes
  • Accessories (Including Belts, Caps & Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Phone covers, Winter Accessories, Makeup, Hair Accessories & Other Accessories).
  • Item(s) bought on discount/sale/promotions.
