General Delivery Information
All prices on our site are displayed in Indian Rupee (INR), and will be charged in Indian Rupees. For delivery within India we use courier service. Shipping within India will take approximately 5-7 working days depending on what state and/or territory you live in. Forever New offers free shipping on all orders within India, however there is a minimum Fee of Rs 100 on COD orders. Kindly note that COD service may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, please contact our customer care. Please note we do not currently ship internationally. However you may have your purchase delivered to any address within India.
How do I track my order?
I have a tracking number
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including your shipping details and tracking number. Visit www.forevernew.co.in to track your order once it has been shipped.
I don't have a tracking number
If you have an account with Forever New, you will be able to view the tracking number(s) and the status of your order online when you visit the My Orders page.
I don't have a tracking number, and I checked out as a guest

Changing or cancelling an order once placed
Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, the order cannot be changed, however you can cancel the order if the status of the order has not been marked as SHIPPED.
Can someone else collect the order on my behalf?
Yes. They must present a copy of the order confirmation email or collection notification SMS when collecting the order.
What happens if I can’t collect my order?
The Order will be returned to the Forever New warehouse. A refund will then be issued, crediting your original method of payment.
What do I do if an item is missing from my order?
If any item is missing from your order, the same must be reported within 48 hours from the date of delivery accompanied with images/video of the product and product box(through email). We advise all our customer to make unboxing video at the time of receiving the order, so that grievances can be resolved smoothly.
Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?
We encourage our customers to check the address is correct on your order before placing it.
Once your order has been placed, we endeavor to get it to you as soon as possible, therefore we will be unable to make any changes to your order or the delivery address.
Can I have my order delivered to my work address?
Yes, we can deliver to your place of employment or your permanent residential address. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to sign for the goods, as the courier will deliver to the place, not the person. It’s also a good idea to add your company name to the shipping address to help the courier find your workplace.
Order cancellation by Forever New
While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.
Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but are not limited to):
- Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
- Inaccurate or insufficient details uploaded by the customers
- Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information.
- Non-serviceable locations
We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you.
