As the Covid-19 outbreak continues to have significant impact, we want to com-municate how we are responding at Forever New. It goes without saying this is a challenging period for us all. We remain absolutely committed to doing everything we can to put the health and safety of our community first.

ONLINE AND DELIVERIES

Our website remains open. You can browse through styles and make prepaid pur-chases. We are resuming deliveries in accordance with directives from the Gov-ernment. However, the deliveries might be delayed keeping up with the measures laid out by the Government. Thank you for your patience!

We remind you that your safety matters the most to us! What is more, our ware-house and delivery partners are following strict sanitization & hygiene routines. Trust us, your deliveries will be safe - packaged with love & sanitized care!

We have implemented the following measures at the Warehouse to ensure your safety:

  • Regular thermal screenings
  • Fumigation & Sanitization of the entire warehouse
  • Sanitations & safe management of packages
  • Contactless pick up & delivery
  • Staff to be equipped with masks & gloves along with strict hygiene briefing
  • Staff to work in staggering shifts while maintaining strict social distancing practices

Selected Forever New stores have now re-opened. We recognize that this has only been possible due to the incredible efforts of our community and healthcare work-ers and are so grateful.

We have implemented the following measures to ensure your safety:

  • Contactless payment
  • Hand sanitizer for customer use
  • Team training on physical distancing
  • Thorough and regular store-cleaning and disinfection
  • Physical distancing measures and customer entry limits
  • Amended store hours
  • Regular thermal screenings
  • Garment Sanitization – pre and post trials

EXTENDED RETURNS

During this period of uncertainty, we have extended our returns policy for an extra 30 days after stores re-open, for online and in-store purchases made on or after the 10th of March 2020.
