As the Covid-19 outbreak continues to have significant impact, we want to com-municate how we are responding at Forever New. It goes without saying this is a challenging period for us all. We remain absolutely committed to doing everything we can to put the health and safety of our community first.
ONLINE AND DELIVERIES
Our website remains open. You can browse through styles and make pur-chases. We are resuming deliveries in accordance with directives from the Gov-ernment. However, the deliveries might be delayed keeping up with the measures laid out by the Government. Thank you for your patience!
We remind you that your safety matters the most to us! What is more, our ware-house and delivery partners are following strict sanitization & hygiene routines. Trust us, your deliveries will be safe - packaged with love & sanitized care!
We have implemented the following measures at the Warehouse to ensure your safety:
- Regular thermal screenings
- Fumigation & Sanitization of the entire warehouse
- Sanitations & safe management of packages
- Contactless pick up & delivery
- Staff to be equipped with masks & gloves along with strict hygiene briefing
- Staff to work in staggering shifts while maintaining strict social distancing practices
