Shipping Policy
Forever New India offers free shipping on all orders across India and delivers to most serviceable pin codes. Serviceability of your delivery pin code can be verified during checkout.
Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Dispatch timelines may get extended during sale events, festive periods, or promotional campaigns.
- Shipping address cannot be modified once an order has been dispatched.
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS. Tracking details can also be viewed in the 'My Orders' section.
Delivery
- Standard delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on the location.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may get affected by factors beyond our control.
- Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept may be returned to our warehouse.
- If a package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact Customer Care immediately.
- Forever New India shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on select pin codes and orders.
- Forever New India reserves the right to restrict COD for certain locations, products, or customers.
