FOREVER NEW ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Kindly contact our customer service for assistance on the return policy. Do ensure that the following conditions are met, to enable us to process your exchange and serve you better:
- You return the item(s) within 7 days (inclusive) from the date of receipt
- The item is in original saleable condition
- With all original tags
- In an unworn, unopened and unused state
- Any sewn labels are still attached
- You include your original Forever New tax invoice with the return
- Going to “My Accounts” section from the respective account holder’s ID and raising the return request
- In case you wish to have the size exchange, kindly contact customer service to ensure availability of stock in the required size.
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Forever New reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund. Forever New will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.
I have a size problem with my purchase. How can I exchange it?
At Forever New we want to ensure that you love the items you purchase. However, if you have a size problem with the purchase, we will exchange your item (size only). Kindly note that this is applicable only for items that come in variable sizes, and excludes any article that is marked as “Free Size”. On exchange request of any article marked as “Free Size”, credit points shall be issued to the same account from which the order/ article has been placed.
If you wish to exchange the size for any item(s) you have purchased, kindly contact our Customer Service Team. We would love to help you. Further, on approval from our team, you simply need to return unworn, unwashed merchandise via courier, with all tags attached in the original box packing, within 7 days of receipt for an exchange. On reverse picking up of the articles/ order if the area code is non-serviceable, the return postage costs will be at your expense.
How can I raise a Return Request in Forever New Online?
We have an easy 7 days Returns Policy which is designed to assist you with your return. Please follow the below steps to raise a return request:
- Please go to “My Accounts” section from your registered Forever New account. Followed by an option of “My Orders”, wherein you could find an option of “Return” tab against every order that you have placed.
- Please click on the “Return” tab to raise the return request against the order that you wish to return.
- Once the request has been raised against the respective order number and article, an RMA request number shall be generated for your reference.
- We will further arrange for a return pick-up of your order and the courier executive shall pick it up from your shipping address in 2-3 working days. It may take 5-6 working days for the Product to reach our Order processing center (subject to transit).
- Once the Return has been received at our order processing center your replacement request will be processed (Subject to availability). Else the amount equivalent to the order value shall be credited to your Forever New account in the form of store credits.
Returns Policy Conditions
Kindly note, that we do not have a refund policy. Instead of that for the ease of our customers, we issue store credits of the returned order value, which could be used for a future purchase. We recommend that the Store Credits should be used within180 days (6 months) from the date of issue.
Refunds shall only be initiated (Online) in case of defective/damaged articles being sent from our end. Also, wherever the article is not in stock and it is found to be in a damaged condition in the warehouse, an online refund is initiated before the dispatch of the rest of the ordered articles. Else, we proceed with the complete cancellation and full refund of the order value. The same applies in the return scenario for COD orders wherein the article has been delivered in a damaged/incomplete condition.
Refunds shall only be initiated (Online) in case of defective/damaged articles being sent from our end. Also, wherever exchange is not possible: in case of a pre-paid orders, the refund shall be made via the payment gateway.
Please note that Store Credits could not be redeemed in our Forever New offline stores. For the convenience of our customers, should they do not wish to use their Store Credits online, we provide them with an option to buy Gift Cards available on our website.
The customer can purchase a Gift Card with an equivalent amount of the store credits that they have in their Forever New account and the same could be redeemed in any of our Exclusive offline Forever New Store.
Please note that store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online as we have different operating systems for our online and offline operations.
I have received a defected/incorrect article. What should I do?
We really apologize for this slip-up on our part. We take full responsibility for this and would resolve the issue for you at the earliest possible. In case that the item(s) is faulty or a different product (style code/ size/ color name only) from the ordered one, we shall either exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. We arrange for a reverse pick up, kindly allow us up to 3-5 working days from the date of the request for the reverse pick up.
Please note: that there may be a variance in the color of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. Returns due to color variances do not qualify under standard exchange policy.
We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items for hygiene reasons, except where the product is faulty:
- Hair accessories
- Earrings and Jewellery
- Underwear and undergarments
- Accessories (Including Caps, Hats, Scarves, Bottles, Phone covers, Makeup accessories).
Item(s) bought on discount/sale/promo cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the item is faulty or defective. If an exchange is not possible at our end, a credit voucher/ Store Credits shall be issued of the value of exchange.
