There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.

Kindly contact our customer service for assistance on the return policy. Do ensure that the following conditions are met, to enable us to process your exchange and serve you better

  • You return the item(s) within 7 days (inclusive) from the date of receipt
  • The item is in original saleable condition:
  • With all original tags
  • In a unworn, unopened and unused state
  • Any sewn labels are still attached
    • You include your original Forever New tax invoice with the return
    • Going to “My Accounts” section from the respective account holder’s ID and raising the return request
    • In case you wish to have the size exchange, kindly contact customer service to ensure availability of stock in the required size.

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Forever New reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund. Forever New will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.

Returns Policy Conditions

I have a size problem with my purchase. How can I exchange it?
At Forever New we want to ensure that you love the items you purchase. However, if you have a size problem with the purchase, we will exchange your item (size only). Kindly note that this is applicable only for items that come in variable sizes, and excludes any article that is marked as “Free Size”. On exchange request of any article marked as “Free Size”, credit points shall be issued to the same account from which the order/ article has been placed.

If you wish to exchange the size for any item(s) you have purchased, kindly contact our Customer Service Team. We would love to help you. Further, on approval from our team, you simply need to return unworn, unwashed merchandise via courier, with all tags attached in the original box packing, within 7 days of receipt for an exchange. On reverse picking up of the articles/ order if the area code is non-serviceable, the return postage costs will be at your expense. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Forever New.

Once we receive the item(s) returned, our quality team will check the products to ensure they comply with our returns guidelines. We shall then initiate the exchange at our end. When shipping out the exchange piece, we would add a collectible shipment charge of Rs. 100, which shall be payable by you on receipt of the product. If an exchange is not possible, credit points shall be issued of the value of exchange. These credit points can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase on, within the validity period.

Kindly note, that we do not have a refund policy. Instead of that for the ease of our customers, we issue store credits of the returned order value, which could be used for a future purchase. We recommend that the Store Credits should be used within180 days (6 months) from the date of issue.

Refunds shall only be initiated (Online) in case of defective/damaged articles being sent from our end. Also, wherever exchange is not possible: in case of a pre-paid orders, the refund shall be made via the payment gateway. While in case of a COD orders, store credits shall be issued in the customer’s Forever new online account and the same shall be redeemed online only. Please note that Store Credits could not be redeemed off-line/stores.

Kindly note that store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.


I have received a defective/incorrect article. What should I do? 

We really apologize for this slip-up on our part. We take full responsibility for this and would resolve the issue for you at the earliest possible. In case that the item(s) is faulty or a different product (style code/ size/ color name only) from ordered, we shall either exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Kindly contact our Customer Service Team for assistance, within 7 days of the date of receipt, and ensure that you follow our return guidelines. In case we arrange for a reverse pick up, kindly allow the third party courier partner up-to 3 working days from the date of the request for the reverse pick up. In case you would like to ship the product back to us, kindly note that we would reimburse courier charges up to Rs. 100/- per kg in the manner of a credit note. In both these cases, the returned parcel remains the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Forever New. 

Please note, that there may be a variance in the color of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. Returns due to color variances do not qualify under standard exchange policy.

We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items for hygiene reasons, except where the product is faulty:

  • Cosmetics and fragrances
  • Swimwear
  • Hosiery
  • Hair accessories
  • Earrings and Jewellery
  • Underwear and undergarments

Item(s) bought on discount/sale/promo cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the item is faulty or defective. If an exchange is not possible at our end, a credit voucher/ Store Credits shall be issued of the value of exchange.
